We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing scalable, high-performing web applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, unit-test, and maintain backend components using Python, Django and Django rest framework.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks, suggesting improvements to current practices.
- Contribute to code reviews and collaborate with the team to maintain high code quality and maximum code reusability.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, solution oriented attitude with a proven ability to develop and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficient in using Git, with an understanding of best practices (feature branching, merges, rollbacks, etc.)
- Hands-on experience on celery for asynchronous task processing, also have good experience with redis and docker.
- Proficiency in secure API protocols and standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT) with an emphasis on cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL for efficient data management.
